Plumbing for new 250,000 SF FedEx Ground Distribution Center. Our scope included all piping systems hanging from the 36’ tall building structure. Our work also included interior underground storm and sanitary, above-ground sanitary waste and vents, roof drain piping, domestic water, natural gas, and commercial-grade plumbing fixtures.

Some of the highlighted equipment were gas-fired water heaters, instantaneous water heaters, electric water heaters, emergency showers and eye washes, 3,000-gallon oil water separators, floor drains, and almost 800’ of cast-in-place trench drains.
