DiGeronimo Companies Relocates Corporate Headquarters to Valor Acres Development in Brecksville, Ohio

DiGeronimo Companies announces that it will relocate its corporate headquarters to the Valor Acres Development in Brecksville, Ohio, providing its employees access to premier amenities and helping anchor the new mixed-use development on Miller Road and Route 21.

In the transition to Valor Acres, DiGeronimo Companies will relocate main office corporate functions for Independence Excavating, Independence Construction, and DiGeronimo Development. Field-based operations for all entities will remain at facilities located in Independence, Ohio.

“For the last few years our ownership team has been considering various options regarding a new headquarters for our family of companies,” said Vic DiGeronimo Jr., Chief Executive Officer of DiGeronimo Companies. “It had become very clear that we had outgrown our current home. When it came time to search for a new corporate location, Valor Acres became the obvious choice and in an ideal location. Over the last several years we have worked alongside Mayor Hruby, his team, and Brecksville City Council. We have built a significant amount of trust along the way, and together have had successful early efforts to redevelop the former VA property. This is a big step for our family of companies and another step forward to what is becoming a great regional development at Valor Acres.”

The Valor Acres Development, in the heart of Northeast Ohio, will create a hub of excitement that encompasses a large, multi-faceted corporate campus, mixed-uses, residential, hospitality, and retail. Currently, construction is underway for the first phase of residential development along with the new R&D facility for Sherwin-Williams, located on the northernmost portion of the site.

The move to Valor Acres is expected to occur in early 2024.
