Distribution Center Development for TJ Maxx in Lordstown, Ohio

Site development for a new 1,235,000 square foot distribution center including 250,000 cubic yards of topsoil stripping, 1,800,000 cubic yards of clay, shale, and dense sandstone, 26,000 linear feet of site utilities, a 1,300 linear-foot block retaining wall, and the installation of a new roadway and improvements on an adjacent roadway around the site.
